About Kimberley Pittman-Schulz

When not writing, I serve as Executive Director of Philanthropy for Humboldt State University. Previously I served as a Senior Philanthropy Advisor & Regional Team Leader for ChildFund International, as well as President & CEO of two charitable foundations, among other philanthropic roles. I’ve also been fortunate to win a few literary awards over the years. My husband, former head of the California Raptor Center at UC Davis, and I live with our two cats on the far North Coast of California among redwoods, ocean, lots of wildlife and creative, engaged people.
