***The Inviting Joy Into Grief Journey** is a self-guided, multi-media series of recorded teachings, life-tested practices, and resources for those seeking:   
🌱 Renewed well-being & lightheartedness,   
🌱 A sense of meaning & optimism  
🌱 Healthy continuing bonds with loved ones **(here & gone)*,  
🌱 Wanting to reimagine what's possible for their life in the aftermath of loss **(especially the death of a loved one)*.  
  
Originally core components of my ***premium** group coaching and one-to-one client mentoring programs, these videos, audios, downloadable materials, and additional resources have been ****adapted** to respond to ****those wanting a self-support option.**  
  
While a process of self-renewal and discovery, there are ****opportunities to share your experiences on this journey** via the private comments area of each session, and ****to ask questions** along the way. **(I read all comments and respond to questions, as appropriate.)*
