Hello again and thank you. Thank you for taking this important next step in re-imagining what's possible for your life.
I genuinely look forward to talking with you, to understanding what you may be going through and to working together with you to explore what might be helpful for you.
Please know this will be a supportive and simple conversation. It'll be a safe and confidential space where you can be vulnerable, knowing you're held with compassion.
The only thing I ask, the only thing I ask is that. If your plans change or you decide you're just not ready to have a conversation, then please, please, please cancel or reschedule our conversation at least 24 hours before the time that you've selected.

If you simply don't show up at the appointed time, then I won't have time to offer your space that I'm saving for you to someone else who may be struggling and looking for support. Okay?
Now you should find in your email after you leave this video, two confirmations, one simply confirming our meeting that you just scheduled and an additional confirmation for you to add that meeting to your calendar.
If you do need to reschedule or cancel our conversation, which I hope you won't—I do look forward to meeting you—but if you do need to make changes to our meeting, please use the reschedule/cancel link that'll be in those emails.
At the same time, if you provided your phone number so that you could receive a text message reminder of our meeting, great. You'll find a confirmation in your text messages right now confirming our appointment. Then you'll receive that reminder once we get closer to our conversation time.
Also, if you look in your inbox and you're not seeing the confirmation emails, don't forget to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder, whatever your email service provider calls it, because my messages may be waiting there for you.
