Well, you're not alone. As someone who considers grief a kind of life-long dance partner, I've been in that 'loss limbo' more than once (experiencing my first life-altering deaths as a child).

What if I'm scared that if I let go of my grief, I'll forget my loved one?

Letting go of grief doesn't mean letting go of the one you love. We’ll work together to create ways to hold on to your loved one while moving forward with your life.


What if I’m stuck in grief, and don’t think anything will help?

It's normal to feel like grief is forever, but it’s totally possible to get un-stuck. You’ll have personal mentoring and a group of kindred spirits to help you transcend grief and reimagine what’s possible.


What if I’m afraid to make money decisions now and not sure I can afford this?

Yes, you want to be careful when grieving, so focus on investing in what will bring you well-being. This program focuses on your needs and offers two payment options as well as a risk-free promise.


What if I feel guilty for wanting to be happy again?

You bring to the world a gift only you can give, and happiness is part of that. Through a range of tools, techniques, and talk, we’ll help you feel good about being happy again.


What if grief has taken all of my energy, and I don’t have the time?

It's normal to feel overwhelmed by grief, so let's fix that. Through a self-paced series of tiny but powerful steps, we’ll help you regain your energy, your time, and your life.


What if I don't want to be on camera in a Zoom conversation?

It's wonderful when participants keep their cameras on so we can all see and support each other—a big reason group workshops are so powerful is in the connection with others. That said, if you're feeling you need to be off camera, that's absolutely okay. 



Is the Inviting Joy Into Grief Program suitable for any type of loss?

Absolutely. This life-supporting Program is designed to help those who have experienced the death of a loved one, whether it's a spouse or partner, parent, child, other family member, friend, or even a beloved animal companion. The approaches shared during the workshop can support you through your grief relating to many types of loss. 


Is the Inviting Joy Into Grief Program Confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a top priority in this transformative Program and is expected of all involved. Together we create a safe, supportive, and private space where participants can openly share their experiences and emotions. You'll just want to find your own physically private space for participating in group and 1-to-1 conversations. (Note: my client portal & other business applications are all HIPAA-privacy compliant.)



When are the group and one-to-one conversations held?

The group Zoom conversations are held for 60-90 minutes (depending on group needs) typically three times each month on Wednesdays at 10 am Pacific / 1 pm Eastern / 6 pm UK. Your live 1-to-1 conversations with me can be scheduled using my online calendar where you can select a time that works for you, and we can talk asynchronously using audio/video conversation.


Is the Inviting Joy Into Grief Program only for Women?

While this 12-Week Program is oriented to helping grieving women, we understand that grief knows no gender boundaries. If you identify as a man and feel that this Program could benefit you, you are more than welcome to join. The resources and support provided are applicable to anyone experiencing grief and wanting to rebuild their life.


What technology do I need to fully participate?

To participate in this Program, you will need a stable internet connection and a device such as a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You don't need to be a computer wiz, though comfort working online is important. The live 1-to-1 and group conversations will be conducted using the Zoom platform. You'll also have access to an easy, intuitive, and secure online client & community platform for accessing video, audio, and downloadable teachings, meditations & visualizations, and other resources.
